Brotherly Love
1 The. 4:9 9 But as touching brotherly love ye need not that I write unto you: for ye yourselves are taught
of God to love one another. 10 And indeed ye do it toward all the brethren which are in all Macedonia: but we
beseech you, brethren, that ye increase more and more; 11 And that ye study to be quiet, and to do your
own business, and to work with your own hands, as we commanded you; 12 That ye may walk honestly toward them that
are without, and [that] ye may have lack of nothing. {of...: or, of no man}
Rom. 12: 9 [Let] love be without dissimulation. Abhor that which is evil; cleave
to that which is good. 10 [Be] kindly affectioned one to another with brotherly love; in honour preferring one
another; {with...: or, in the love of the brethren} 11 Not slothful in business; fervent in spirit; serving the
Lord; 12 Rejoicing in hope; patient in tribulation; continuing instant in prayer; 13 Distributing
to the necessity of saints; given to hospitality.
Heb. 13:1 Let brotherly love continue.
2 Be not forgetful to entertain strangers: for thereby some have entertained angels unawares. 3 Remember
them that are in bonds, as bound with them; [and] them which suffer adversity, as being yourselves also in the body.
One Final Note: We are not trying to produce a state of dependancy, on the contrary, we want in the love of God, to fullfill everyone's need,
to love one another with sincere love before God and man:We want to keep the teachings
of 1 Thesolonians 4
The place of a woman now should be
the same as before:
8:1 And it came to pass afterward,
that he went throughout every city and village, preaching and shewing the glad tidings of the kingdom of God: and the twelve
[were] with him, 2 And certain women, which had been healed of evil spirits and infirmities, Mary called Magdalene,
out of whom went seven devils, 3 And Joanna the wife of Chuza Herod's steward, and Susanna, and many others, which
ministered unto him of their substance.
Concider
the service of the widows:
1 Tim.5: 9 Let not a widow
be taken into the number under threescore years old, having been the wife of one man, {taken...: or, chosen} 10
Well reported of for good works; if she have brought up children, if she have lodged strangers, if she have washed the saints'
feet, if she have relieved the afflicted, if she have diligently followed every good work.
Let the words of our Lord Jesus Christ be implanted in our
hearts!!!!!!!!
John. 13:34 A new commandment I give unto you,
That ye love one another; .; {13.34:-John. 15. 12, 17. 1 John. 3. 23; 2 John. 5.} as I have loved you, that ye also love one
another 35 By this shall all [men] know
that ye are my disciples, if ye have love one to another.
